“ Great place to get take out! Food is well cooked. We got the butter chicken and chicken dum biryani. Service was fast and the chicken was well seasoned, rice was cooked well. Would come back again! ”
“ We had the egg chili, goat Sukka and chicken dum biryani. The food came out quick. The chili egg was great, the veggies were sweet and the egg was crispy on the outside, with hint of spices and not hot at all. The goat curry was solid, seemed to be tomato based and was different from the regular curry, and didn't have a lot of spices. The chicken biryani was unfortunately too dry, and the rice seems old. Which was disappointing, since the name of the restaurant is biryani. Overall, still a good place to eat and will definitely return. ”
“ Small , but quiet spot and usually no wait. The most important thing is the food is amazing ”
“ Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - for 4 people, we ordered Egg 65, Special Chicken Mughalai Biryani, Lamb Fry Biryani, Garlic Naan, and Chicken Tikka Masala. The egg was interesting since the coating was flavorful but quite soggy due to the spices being so wet on the fried surface. The chicken and lamb biryani were delicious, moist, and quite flavorful. The tikka masala was too sweet for half of our liking but the garlic naan was great. Service: 5/5 - good service and we got everything we asked for Ambiance: 5/5 - older feel to the store and some of the furniture can use some update but clean overall Value for price: 5/5 overall good food, quick service, and all at a very reasonable price! ”
“ Great Indian food in a no-frills setting! Service is a little "interesting" but that's somewhat of a litmus test of sorts for how good the food will be, and yes, the food was great! My party ordered the onion pakoras for the table, which were awesome! They were crunchy and savory, the perfect appetizer to whet our appetites. I personally ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan for myself and they were delicious. The butter chicken was bursting with flavor (the chicken was so tender too!) and the garlic naan was baked to perfection. I tried some of my partner's chicken tikka and it was also very tender and well seasoned. I will likely be back to try more of the menu because it sure was tasty! ”
“ Delicious! Would return. Dishes our group of 4 tried 1) onion pakoda/pakora - we all really liked it! I know you can't really go wrong with anything fried haha but we really liked it. 2) Apollo fish - our *favorite*, everyone really loved this! All but one said it was their favorite dish of the meal. We were all surprised when it came out because we were expecting an entire fish (instead it was chunks of fish in sauce) but we loved it. The flavor was on point. 3) special chicken Mughalai biryani - one of us said it would be nice if the flavors and dish were more integrated (it tasted like the ingredients were cooked separately and then mixed together rather than cooking it all together allows the chicken flavor to infuse the rice). We all liked the dish though. It left a little something to make it truly great but was really good. 4) Gajar Ka Halwa dessert - personally too sweet for all of us. Our friend who loves this said there are multiple ways to to prepare this dish and this personally was not her preferred way. Most of the group said that the carrot flavor shines through 5) gulab jamoon dessert - personally too sweet for all of us You can ask for additional sauces. We enjoyed the yogurt sauce over the biryani. The mint chutney - the flavor was initially refreshing but then the fermented (?) flavor really showed through. Our chutney was bubbling when they served it. It takes a little bit of time for the food to come out because they make it fresh. Service always nice, just a heads up about that. ”
“ Special Chicken Mughalai Biryani 4 tender, juicy, flavorful, not spicy Indian version of fried rice, hearty comfort food ”
